- PAS (Personal Attendant Services) – We provide our clients with the opportunity to interview, train, supervise, and discharge their selected personal attendant.
- TxHml (Texas Home Living) – We can provide essential supports and services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to continue living in their own home and preventing institutionalization.
- PHC (Primary Home Care) – We provide home care services to Texas residents who need assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- CAS (Community Attendant Services) – Services will be provided by a trained, compassionate attendant whose sole intention is to improve your quality of life at home.
- TAS (Transition Assistance Services) – To be eligible for this service, the individual must be currently living in a nursing home but is able to return to their residence with proper services and must be Medicaid-eligible.
- Community Living Assistance and Support Services (CLASS) – The CLASS program is a way for the individual to avoid placement in an intermediate care facility, thereby giving the disabled person a chance to exercise independent living skills as much as possible.
- Veterans Affair (VA) – We are honored to serve the men and women who once risked their lives to fight for our freedom and preserve our country’s safety.
- Family Care (FC) – This program is for adults who have functional limitations that reduce their capability to perform activities of daily living on their own.
- Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) – With the help of PACE, elderly individuals who meet eligibility requirements are given access to nursing care facility services at affordable costs.
