America Health Care Capital offers Texas Home Living Services (TxHmL) – a Medicaid waiver program that provides community-based supports and services to eligible individuals who reside in their own home or in a family home.
Through this program, we can provide essential supports and services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We also provide our clients with the opportunity to continue living in their own home and preventing unnecessary admission to institutional services.
